Ok, from 60 or 65 mph, should my car downshift and the RPMs jump way up when I go WOT all of a sudden? This is a 93 Z28 with a 700R4. When I floor it on the freeway, it seems like it stays in OD and goes to about 3000 RPM's and doesn't seem like it has alot of power.

Any ideas? Or is this normal?

 

It sounds like you need to readjust the TV cable. It should downshift at WOT.

I'll let one of the <'94 A4 guys give you the exact instructions on how to do so. It's a simple adjustment.
