Flushing cooling system.. before it gets too dark hopefully!

how do i do it?

i bought this "universal cooling system flush kit" at kmart for $3.50... will that work?

also... whats the coolant capacity? ie: 1 gallon coolant/antifreeze w/ 1 gallon water?

You ain't gonna get it all unless you take out the drain plugs in the block on either side. I flushed and flushed and flushed w/ the thermo open and still had dirty water come out of the drain plugs.
