Fixing the manifold leak, question before i start

Are there any special tools ill need(i read something on projecttransam about something for the fuel rails)


Im actually looking forward to doing this, mainly because i want my car back.

You'll need a full line removal tool. (Any local parts store should carry them.) I've read some people do it without removing the fuel lines, but IMO it's worth the $3 for the tool.

Just remove the entire fuel rail and lines by removing the 4 bolts on top of the intake. If you don't remove the "quick disconnet" fuel lines properly and bang up the locking tabs, you'll be very mad at yourself. Yea, 3-5 bucks gets you the disconnect but, to be safe, just remove the entire assembly and move it out of the way. Just might save you a headache.
