Fixed my car. Thoughts on 306 with stock TC and heads

Well I really have to apologize to JoeSS97. He was the first person to reply to my problem of my car not starting and gave me the right answer and I dismissed it. Sorry Joe.

I have the rocekrs properly adjusted now and the car runs like a bat out of hell. The vacuum is not even that low. My BAR is 29.5 and the MAP is around 18. The braking is not that bad at all. It pulls hard. The idle isn't too lopey either. might be a little mcuh for a dailey driver but not bad at all for a weeekend car. Car also sounds badass. I'm loving it.

I think the programming might need a little adjustment. Right now I am getting 0 knock at idle, up to 2 at cruise, and then sometimes it will spike to 5 at WOT but not that often and not consistent.

You should diffently get a converter and gears to take full advantage of the new cam. I bet it takes a awhile to get into the power band with stock gears/converter!

Stock torque converter and stock 2.73 gears. Very minimal if any cam surge too. I really think it as is could be a nice daily driver. It gets off the line just like when I had just the headers and catback but around 3k starts pulling like a ****. Definitely much faster. This upcoming week or weekend I will have some track times to have actual comparison #s to see the difference. With a converter and gears I am hoping for 11s.

I am expecting it to run run around 12.6 to 12.8 at around 110-112. Might be wishful thinking but it sure as hell has the topend and I have yet to try it in Drive. Assuming I have traction I think it is reasonable. I have yet to drive it in D. Only been driving in OD.
