fitting on front of intake manifold?

fitting on front of intake manifold?
from the factory there is a vacume fitting directly under the throttle body. what does that connect to i redid some vacume lines and have been using it for my opti line.

i must have added it when i did my opti conversion. becaue it is on there well at leas some thing else was nto supposed to be there. thank you
