First time in the 1/8

I just got back from the track and I thought I'd post my times. Made four passes with the M/T Street Radials.
1st - 1.89 60' 8.39 1/8 at 82.29mph
2nd - 1.90 60' 8.38 1/8 at 82.71 mph
3rd - 1.93 60' 8.39 1/8 at 83.48 mph
4th- 1.86 60' 8.26 1/8 at 83.53 mph

Now I don't know what times to compare this with but I was pretty happy with these times. I can't wait until my headers are here. I'm hoping that will and some. Also had a friend with a mustang bet me a 100.00 to line them up. We did on the third pass and he ran a 9.2 with a 75 spray. He also blew a hole in the rearend and droped the drive shaft on his second run. He left on a wrecker. Should have bought a chevy.

Any guesses what the headers might add to my times.

What's an idot?

What type of headers are you talking about?

LOL, never mind, saw them in your sig. I would say a tenth, maybe two if you're lucky. That's my opinion, anyway, never done much bench racing on 1/8 mile times.

I would venture to say you will pick up more than a tenth. Seeing as how you already have the air pumping in.... the headers are going to REALLY wake the car up. I'm gonna say you will cut a 8.0, hell maybe even a 7.9.... Git R Dun
