Today we did the first startup with comp R's lifters. I will get my Morels next week, and until than I wanted to hear my car. It is 383cid with AFR 210cc Heads and 240/246dur. 112lsa cam. I also swapped to M6 from A4.
The only problem is PCM. We start the car and after 10 seconds it stops. Everything looks normal and we replaced my old PCM and it didn't stop, but runs worse than my new PCM offcourse.

What should be the problem?? You saw lots of startup, anything like that?

Ya got a tune for the new engine?????

 

Engine came with new PCM programmed to the whole setup. (injectors, camshaft heads m6 trans etc... ) With new PCM It runs great, but stops after a few seconds,if you watched the video you already saw. Then we replaced the old PCM, it runs worse because it is stock PCM, but didn't stop.

 

If the problem is fixed after changing the PCM, thats all about tuning right??

Should I reprogram the PCM, mail order tune can help me ???

 

Mail order can get ya pretty close but a dyno tune after break in will net more.

 

Maybe here a few years later a dyno tune place will open
