FIPK won't work on cars with traction control?

Hey guys I was just looking on K&N's website and the the only Fipk's they have listed for a 96 Z28 say "for cars without traction control." My 96 does have t/c and I am wondering what the hell it has to do with the fipk?

ok good, I just did a search and this has been discussed before with most people saying it will fit no prob.

I had one on my 97 with TCS and you just have to work it around the block fit good

probably means they were unable to test fit it to a T/C car
