Talking Finnally I Have A CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Finally I bought my dream Camaro Z28, M6, 4.10 gears, flowmaster muffler, RK Ca -100 ground effects! I bought it from chromeillusionZ. Car had few imperfections but over all condition very good. Thanks chromeillusionZ!!! I had to drive it from Tennessee to NYC (over 600 miles), and I love it!!! Now I need some advices from you guys. What should I do to improve this monster? I was thinking about this:
1. Pro 5.0 shifter+skip shift chip
2. CAI (SLP ?? K&N)
3. Drag Radials (Nitto? BFG? Yokohama?)
3. Cat Back (SLP Loud Mouth? Hooker? Flowmaster?)
4. Some headers???
5. ???????

My budget is limited so tell me what you think

Congrats on the new ride, don't rush it, enjoy your car stock for awhile and keep your eyes open on the for sale section. Parts come and go for dirt cheap sometimes and when they do snag em without a question.

No doubt, keep your car stock for a while, get some dyno numbers and 1/4 times first, After that depending on your budget, start small and go from there

it looked like a GREAT deal. but ya take it easy. it aint cheap and its addicting. once u start u cant stop.

enjoy the car as is, then start planning what you want out of it and your goals....planning is key, dont jump into it...

i agree with the rest of the guys. keep your car stock for a little while so you can appreciate the mods when you put them on. especially that stock shifter vs aftermarket.

i would do these mods first:
-shifter...pro 5.0 is a good one
-subframe connectors...a MUST for these cars!
-headers
-CAI if you find one cheap...personally i dont think they work that well.

oh btw..what year is it?

It's 1995 85k miles.

Its 1995 85k miles. Why you are saying that CAI isn’t so good? I thought that this is the best (and first), upgrade that is available? I was thinking about SLP (I have deal for $125)...

CAI is good, that should be the first thing you do. Basially alot of people won't consider your car modified untill you reach the valvtrain parts, headers intake that stuff makes a big difference but I still consider my car stock untill a cam goes in.

Congrats on the new ride.

M6 + 4.10s = FUN

I'd start cheap, get a used CAI, I picked up one from the for sale board for a friend for $75, it was understandably dirty but in perfect shape otherwise (Nothing water, a rag, and K&N filter cleaning kit can't change)

Also a cutout is a great mod IMHO, for my cutout, and to have it installed was $50 total. There are few mods that can come cheaper than that for these cars. Cutout is definantly a great HP/Dollar mod IMHO.

Have fun and be safe!

Cutout goes on the exhaust to bypass muffler or other restrictions

Another name would be a dump, I guess. A muffler bypass, basically meaning you have the option of letting your exhaust run open by just un bolting a plate that you get a shaddy muffler shop to install No muffling which in some cases can sound bad *** loud. Do a search on here for sound clips of cars with a cut out or dumps see if you like it.
