they may not admit it, but almost everyone who has been into their motor has crossed a plug wire at least once. glad you got it worked out. now let us know how it runs..

Man i made the same mistake too. Funny thing is my LITTLE 16yo brother TOLD me "hey i think you just accidentally switched those two wires" I was like no man, i didnt. Crank the car it idles rough and is start checking everything BUT the wires. Finally gave up looked at and umm ya he was right.lol Anyway atleast you found the problem.

I told you it wasn't the IAC

I'm just glad you fixed the problem.... Same thing happened to me with my header install. I could have swore up and down that the wires were correct. Turns out that 2 were switched. In fact I believe they were the same wires as you, lol

glad to see you found the problem... we crossed two wires on the passenger side (I believe it was 4 & 6) on mine when I did LT's so that was my guess to the problem you had.

Damn Joe, thats a big cam! I didnt read the whole damn post, but here is my guess:

Crossex plug wires, or rockers adjusted to tight (valve lash adjustment). I heard the comp R's are real finicky andlike to be right around zero lash! JMO.
