Finally fired up my new motor!!
Well, I finally got to fire the ol car up this morning. She started right up, held great oil pressure, and sounded pretty good too
Just thought I would share. She should be ready for a nice little cruise in the morning
It's a 355 with Forged Scat 6 inch I beams, Mahle (-5cc) pistons, Stock crank turned and polished, MTI Heads, Joe O cam, and all ARP fastners. Should be right at 12.5.1 compression!!

The block is zero decked and I have around 50 cc heads. It's a little more than I wanted, but Lloyd Elliot said compression makes killer power in LT1's. It's basically a weekend racer/crusier. So if I can't get it to run right on 93, 110 isn't that much higher.
