I figured out today why my car has run like pure *** and why my power and times are not where they should be. My valves arent seating. Yesterday when a friend and I were doing the leak down test I could hear air leaking out of the cylinder into the intake and exhaust so I thought. And yesterday I confirmed it was. I was cleaning off my heads to send them to AI in Charlotte and was blowing out the intake ports and bubbles were coming up from the intake valve. So I sprayed soapy water on the valves and pressurized the intake port and sure enough more bubbles. On every intake valve!! So I guess we'll see what AI can do for them.

Moral of the story...get someone who knows what they are doing to do your heads...the first time!
