Went down to GLD last night, nice night with a slight chill in the air.

I only got 1 run in, it was test n tune night so there were a ton a people there and some guys car puked all over the track about 3/4 the way down and they were working on it for over 30min so i said screw it.
My only run was against a older civic Si hatch with some older lookin guy driving, 2 a pillar guages, drop exhaust etc. ok on to the numbers

I had the Nittos set to 30lbs (way too much duh) and i didn't stall the converter, so i left from basically an idle, so there is much to be improved on the 60'/launch so I might be able to eeeek out a 13.8.

There was a new viper there that ran 12.12 at 11X, hella quiet. There wasn't anything to be heard from the viper except the tires squakin' on his shifts. A guy in a F&F z24 cavy with dual exhaust rims and a hella big wing almost took down a 305 Z28, 15.1 to 15.3 *battle of the handicaps*

Oh yeah on my way home I messed the inside of my car with sticky white goo, I'm sending the cleaning bill to the guy with the new Caddy XLR *teh secks*

 

Congrats man. Feels good, doesn't it? Bolt on some more mods and head for the 12s!

 

There is still much to be found from my tire/launch combo, i can go pretty aggressively now with the DRs, didn't do that last night. Next year i'm gunnin' for 3.73s' (2.73's now) and some MAC headers. That should put me pretty close to 12's.
