i just bought a 1997 z28 6 speed with 99k what at idle when the car is warm the oil pressure sits right below 40 im moving up from a 3.4l 95 m5 and the power hasnt impressed me as much as i thought it would, when i punch it at idle should the tires spin?if i roll in 1st to about 3500-400 then punch it itll get sideways a little and will catch 2nd sometimes when im in 4th or 3rd at lower rpms and punch it , it will jump and act like its missing sometimes, like i said i just bought the car and havent had a chance to do any basic tuning what are some things to look for , fuel press? fuel filter, spark plu=gs and wires? im not saying i wanna gho around peelin the rubber off my tires but id like for them to break loose without much effort thanks
