What all is grounded on the fender ground post? Also, would it be possible to run both battery ground cables to this spot, I think the one on my block has is corroded away and it'll be a bitch to change/clean. Or is that a bad idea? thanks!

 

You really need the ground to the block. The various grounding places are there to keep the ground potential the same all over the car.
