Fastest guy I know with that cam on stock heads is Projectz28, he's a mod in the NE section. He went 11.91 @113

LT1 cars are in the 11s with the cc305 & stock heads as in unmolested stock heads

I think he was the one in GMHTP the other month, a red 97 TA I beleive? That's pretty incredible for stock cam/heads but that's still pretty rare, I don't think there are many other people that have done that. If there are more I'd love to hear what they did to get there

Yup, cc305, stock unmolested heads and bottom end. Full weight and 11's are fun! There are several people here with stock heads and in the 11's. All with slightly different combos. But to answer your original question, um, I am?...

Project z

What combo are you running???? what stall???? I am obd1 so I am gonna have issues with a higher stall but maybe I can work all the bugs out of it......And also what tranny fluid are you running?? because I am having issues with 2-3 shift and I am seeing that it may be caused by the Mobil 1 synthetic in the car ???? what do you think???

lol...don't blame your failing tranny on synthetic fluid. I have used Royal Purple and Mobil 1 for years, no problem. So have millions of other people. If you have a problem, its that your transmission is giving up on ya. Time for a T56 rebuild!
