Well I got the mods listed below in the sig. Water pump is stock. And what my car will do is it will heat up to the line above the 160 mark and then the fans keep having to kick on. This is while just normal highway driving it is doing this which has me a bit worried. It never did that with the old motor. I am not sure if the water pump is going out or just cant keep up. Might need to bleed the cooling system again but yet I've done that like 4 times already just to make sure. What are your guys thoughts on this?

 

do u have a lower thermostat? perhaps a 160*?
with your tune, did they lower your fan turnon point?
