Fan on/off temp setting with 160 thermostat?

Whats the general setting for the Fan1 and Fan2 on/off setting with a 160 thermostat?

The factory 180 thermo has them set at Fan1 on at 183* F
Fan2 on at 192* F.
And the fan hystresis at 3*C which is about 5*F change before they go off.

For the 160, should I just lower these values by about 20* F and leave the hystresis the same?

From the factory fans don't come on until about 220.
My car never hits 220 even with the 180 thermo and 100 TX heat!
I'm just going by what the fan on/off was set to in the stock factory tune looking at the file in Tunercat, they were 183 and 192*F.

The stock factory tune fan settings should have bee 226° and 235°. If not, they must have been altered.

What you have now is more than low enough, IMO, if not too low.

Thx, you are absolutely correct. I don't know where I got this bin file for my "StockTA" setting, I could have swore that it was the original I pulled out..after a few computer crashes who knows.....I found some other bin files for a 94Camaro and they were 108 and 113*C..
So I'll change my current settings to 180/190*F..that sounds more reasonable now that I see whats going on...no wonder my coolant never hit 220 since the fans were on all the time with a 180 thermo in there before.
