Failure in tachometer output circut

I have a 94 Z, and my tach stopped working and it threw me a code telling me that my Tachometer Output Circut has a problem. Has anyone else had this problem before? I need a place to start looking.

You could start by tracing A13 from the PCM to see if the wire is good to the cluster.

It goes through C230, cavity "D".
