Failed on HC and CO
The set up hasn't changed at all from last year, Hooker long tubes, dual catted magna flow Y, all air, egr is present and functioning. Maybe put a 1K miles on it in the last year.
High Speed
HC Standard 114 187 Fail
CO% .63 1.30 Fail
CO2% 13.7
O2% 0.2
NOx 796 343
Dilution >6 15
Low Speed
HC Standard 117 215 Fail
CO% .65 1.40 Fail
CO2% 13.7
O2% 0.3
NOx 879 614
Dilution >6 15.1
These results represent a rich fuel condition right? Possible mis fire or leaking injector?

Battery always stays on a maintainer. I think I found the issue, the number 6 plug wire was resting on the header tube, I imagine its pretty burned up by now. That would explain the tick (miss) and the rich condition. I just hope injuneer comes in and confirms my findings.
BADA$$IROC was me on 3rdgen.
You might try getting some of that RXP guaranteed to pass stuff too. Run some 93 in it for a full tank.... drive it a little hard to get some pressure through the lines and change the fuel filter. Give it another shot.

I just looked at it, I can see the wire arching, never burned a wire, kinda cool to watch it arch. Some new wires are on the way from Thunder, gonna pick up some heat protectant from Jegs or some thing, I hope this solves it.
Meangreen,
I wonder what happened to a lot of those guys, TK, Trevor, etc
