Factory Engine Balancing

Does anyone know who the GM balances the LT1 engine from the factory? Is there a better way for me to select my flex plate & Balancer Hub, other than trial and error?

Flexplate/flywheel are offset balanced, a shop should know what you are talking about and should be able to simply match your stocker.
