A/F ratio in the 16's!!!
I'm not terribly worried about the fuel pump. I have already gotten a labor quote for $200.
Just need to nail down the problem(s).
Anyone want to donate a laptop to my cause (need to run datamaster) to help me get this thing figured out?

That dyno sheet is almost exactly like mine except you had more torque and my car did not exhibit the choppiness past 5K like yours. I wish I had the capability to post the sheet. It was done a little over a year ago on a Dynojet. Results were as follows:
Cutout closed- 264rwhp/298rwtq (11:1 A/F)
Cutout open- 278rwhp/302rwtq(17:1 A/F
)
On the opened cutout run my A/F started going whacky past 3400rpm up to the point that the tech let off 300rpm early compared to the closed cutout run. The A/F on the closed cutout run remained a straight 11:1 throughout the run. Mods at the time were TB Bypass, removed/blocked air silencer, descreened MAF, Moroso CAI, and Flowtech Warlock 3-in. muffler on stock exhaust. I've never had the car checked out and it's always ran fine since then. I've checked the plugs and they never exhibited any lean condition present (no extremely white porcelain). Some people have told me that maybe the A/F sensor came into contact with some ambient air on the open cutout run since the cutout opening is built-in on the muffler case itself. I don't know.
BTW, I had my fuel pump replaced prior to this dyno session because I burned it out one night because I ran it out of gas.
