I got a 93' Z28... underdrive pulley kit, hypertech chip, single flowmaster with cat and K&N cold air.

I would really like to get better (louder) sound and side pipes would be pretty nice. I have entertained the ideas of dual glass packs and no cats with side pipes but am afraid it would be too obnoxious.

Any ideas of what muffler i could fabricate to fit with true duals and side pipes???

 

a bullit type muffler or the glasspack like you mentioned earlier. Those should all work

 

Try doing a search on some true dual setups. You'll find some good info on what others did with their setups.
