exhaust smoke

it only did it when i started it this morning, when i first started it a lot of smoke came out the exhaust. i checked the oil and coolant and both are fine. my car never runs hot, always around 185, i let it sit a while and started it again and theres no smoke. what could this be? it freaked me out, i just had the head gaskets replaced about a year ago. help please

if it was white smoke, probably water condensation that accumlated in your exhaust overnight.

blue smoke = oil.

check your valve guides and seals, oil might be dripping down into the cylinders when you let it sit overnight.
