Exhaust leak...

Exhaust leak...
I have been trying to tighten the header bolts down as much as possible...I can't get to the back ones on either side.
I have developed a exhaust leak and I believe that's whats causing it, my question is...if I tighten the bolts, will the exhaust leak go away?
