Lightbulb Exhaust ideas

I want to know can i do this with my exhaust. I got a set of BBK shorty headers with the Y-pipe. Can i just put a one chamber flowmaster right after the Y-pipe and everything work ok but my hearing? I appreciate the advice.

why not just put the muffler where the muffler belongs, a 3in pipe back there isnt gonna cost that much.

If you really wanted to do that, a Flow might not fit rite, but a glasspack SURE as hell will ... And that would be WICKEDLY loud, if you do it, get some sound clips itd be MEAN ... Maybe raspy Though ... And if your gunna cut your exhaust off so soon, at least get long tubes, gain some more HP for the same price ...

I bought a one chamber flowmaster, but i do think it will be to loud, so i am going with the single outlet exhaust all the way out.
Thanks for the tips and info
