Just installed mine. It's loud as hell. But it sounds pretty good. I wasn't expecting it to be that loud. It looks good and gets a lot of attention. I definetely feel a SOTP difference with it. Better throttle responce too.

Underground parking garages are the best. They just resonate all that bass! Ahhh!!! I can't wait for my car to be operational again.

It is not too bad with the cats and stock manifolds on, but if you get headers and off-road pipe, you might want to invest in a set of ear plugs as well.

I've had mine for 10 mo and I've been pulled over 3 times and they never said anything. I also drive by the cop shop almost everyday and nothing. I went strait from stock SS to headers and Loudmouth. It is not too loud at idle but over 3000 it is religious. It will also take some time to get use to the drone. But once you hear and feel that sound all is forgotn' I have a 10 month old smile still!!!!!!!!!

haha yes....the loudmouth..the greatest thing that has happened to my Z haha i love it....even my old man likes it...ha even tho it is loud as h*ll and oh yea..i picked it up for $100 used....i think that slash tips might not be the originals tho...because they don't have the SLP etching on them...but yea i would have to agree about underpasses and parking garages..haha ECHOS all around...nothin but compliments form people here...except for some d*mn ricer that i know who said it sounds fake....dont really know how that works...but yea its worth it...you'll love it...the idle sounds like a baja or a fountain...ha and when i roll by cops i just drop it over a few gears.... ie. 35mph in 5th gear...

Wow I can't believe you got cheaper than me. 100 bucks is an awesome deal. I got mine for 125. I have the same tips as you do they are the first gen tips, they started making the etched SLP tips later, I have those too. At WOT it sounds great.
