Angry EVERYTHING in the ignition has been replaced still missing

Ok, I've put in a new opti, new plug wires, new plugs, tried a different coil, tried a different ICM, and my car is still missing. Fuel pressure is good. I'm ****ing out of ideas. As soon as I get this **** fixed my cars going up for sale. The miss got worse as soon as I put in new plugs, so I guess I'll try another set of plugs, other than that I have no ****ing idea what to try next.
And to describe the miss, it sputters and backfires, at any RPM, at any engine temperature, at any temperature outside. If i'm going at light load cruising, it backfires out the exhaust, and under load it backfires out the intake too.
*edit*
I brought it to a mechanic before I did the wires, the valve lash is good, compression is good, fuel pressure is good, he tried a new maf, I tried new 02's. The MAP reads fine too. I think he said only 3 cylinders werent missing or something like that, but sometimes it completly falls on its face too. And my friend has my old opti in his car, so I know I didn't get a bad opti.

What about your fuel injectors? One can be clogged up, or not working

There are no exhaust leaks, and I've had this tune for a year now. Is it possbile for a tune to go bad, or mabey the pcm went bad?

Any codes? Sounds like a PCM to me.

Youre not getting any DTCs? Check the opti harness connection or ICM connection.

No codes, ocassionally I get a flashing SES, but no codes show up when I scan it, I think that means misfire though.

Re: EVERYTHING in the ignition has been replaced still missing

Flashing SES is probably due to your crank position sensor still being enabled and detecting the cam lope as a misfire.

I still have my 97 PCM for my A4 if you want to try it out, i'm a bit far from ya tho. it only has a stock tune tho

Re: EVERYTHING in the ignition has been replaced still missing

Have you checked for vac leaks yet? All the intake manifold vac lines and also make sure your EGR is not stuck open or not functioning improperly. You also said it got worse after a set of plugs. Is it possible you may have cracked a plug while putting them in? Been there done that. How does it idle? Is it worse under load vs cruise? Does it do it at any speed/rpm? Just looking for more info.

Do you still have the original OBD2 computer or did you go OBD1?
