ET Street Radial

I have seen that Mickey Thompson has release their ET street radial to compete in the drag radial class. I see these in the very new catalog of Jeg's to buy. They have all popular tire sizes including 275/40/17 and 245/50/16. I guess the is like the ET street but is a drag radial. Has anybody ran these or heard how they compare to BFG or Nitto.
Thanks

One of the mags, Popular Hotrodding or Hotrod did a drag test between ET Street and ET Radial and the radial actually had quicker et/60 ft and mph over the ET Street.

It was hot rod and they were actually comparing the new radial against the e/t drag, the radial cut a lower 60ft and ran a better trap mph due to the fact that the radial has less rolling resistance and doesnt grow with rpm multiplying the gear ratio like a bias ply does. They will hook much better than nittos or bfg's but will wear much quicker due to a much softer compound.

I've heard they will last about 3000 miles. They did hook better than the et drags but ONLY when heated up CRAZY hot. IMO, just stick with the et streets as they should last longer, hook about the same, and will be cheaper.

i have seen from many drag radial class guy's that the MT ET Radial's are 2/10's or so faster then the gold standard BFG.
