cause look for the upper part, it should be like around this much:

good heads:$1000
porting and polishing from lloyd with cam: $1200-1800
rockers:$700
monoblade:$500
Lt4 intake manifold(if lt4 style heads)+ porting: $350+400
Fuel injectors: im not sure but i want to get them enough for 1200hp so like: $500?
and the springs and small pieces are free included from lloyd i think?

so total is to around $4300-5250
or is this not good enough?

 

Thats not gonna get you 600-700 flywheel hp. Also you have to really rev the motors to make high power NA so you'll have to rev it really high to make that kind of power and thats where the stock shortblock probably becomes a weak link. I'd highly suggest you do some more research. The easiest thing to do would be get a blower with some decent heads and cam and you can make 500rwhp. The only problem is your short block won't last a long time. Also if you want to make Crazy hp you need to be talking to Ai. I know at one time he said he was working on some heads and cam packages that would do 500rwhp on a stock shortblock.
