at idle their is a new vibration i can feel at the sole of my feet and in the seat of my chair. i down shifted into first from 2nd at about 60ish or so and it didnt feel good at all but right away i took it out. but i cant imagine that that could have been good for my engine what might i have F'ed up???

also the clutch is a little ruff from start but just a little ruffer than normal. could i have unaligned something??

 

Any strange noises? Ticking or tapping?
Maybe bent pushrods. Have you checked under the valvecovers?

I had a big vibration at idle when I broke one of my valvesprings.
