Check the vacumme house that is attached to the fuel presure regulator. If it has gas in it the it is most likely a bad FPR. Could also be a bad part on the fuel pump or like said above a leaky injector.

But to make sure fuel is the problem get a fuel presure gauge and hoo it up to the car, the car should hold a pretty steady presure when primed and then turned off. Report back with that info and it could narrow down the list

Why don't you do the fuel pump prime test, to see if the fuel is flowing back out of the rails toward the tank???? Simply turn KOEO for about 3 seconds and then off. Then repeat this about 6 times. Then on the 7th time, crank the engine over to start it. If it starts up quickly, you have proven the fuel is going back to the tank. This is usually from the defective check ball in the fuel pump unit inside the tank.

You could also see the effect of this with a fuel pressure gage connected to the schrader valve located on the fuel rails. The pressure will drop quickly after shuttin er down. Several owners of Fbods complain about the drop in pressure due to a bad check ball.

If that doesn't help the situation, I would seriously look over the ignition system. Cap, rotor, plugs and wires.
