Exclamation Engine Problem? ... help needed

My 6-speed LT1 w/103K is acting a little funny... When i'm accelerating the rpms go up normal but then all of a sudden the rpms jump a little bit (100-300rpm) then go back to normal which creates a bit of a jerking motion in the car. It happens in almost every gear. And when the car is idling in neutral the rpm jumps too, as if i were pressing on the gas a little bit. I'm pretty worried here... any thoughts as to what it might be. It just started happening on my way home from a 100 mile trip. This was yesterday... hopefully it subsides. Help Please!

the jerking sounds like it could be opti related. how many miles are on your opti?

My money is also on the feedback signals from the opti. Try cleaning all the connectors with electrical cleaner. Also check the coil wire and the plug wires.

Also consider doing routine maint stuff like you know pcv, plugs, wires clean the EGR and IAC. These things should be done anyway and you never know what might have an effect on what.
