engine missfire need help

I just changed the plugs and wires because it was missfiring before and that seemed to fix it but now(two weeks later) it is missfiring again on the 5-7 cylinders. The O2 sensor went out about a week ago on the driver side but i dont think that would make it do it. Any suggestions are helpful!!

Actually, if an O2 sensor is bad, it will lean or richen that side too much, and cause it to get bad mileage, run like dick, and miss some. Maybe you got a bad "new o2" sensor?

Yeh i did but i replaced it and now its still is missing mostly on the 7 cyl. which was the opposite side the o2 sensor went out on. some1 told me it might be the "opti" but im not sure wat that is it sounded like it was in the distibutor.
