Engine Knock?.. Tic?

Well i cannot for sure hear where its coming from...its there somedays and other days its not...thought it could possibly be a lifter..but i can hear it more from underneath somedays and others more from the top...it will go away for weeks on end then come back for weeks...Ne ideas would be great..no drop in performance when its there and nothing out of the ordinary..any help would be great thanks

had the same problem with my Z.

I pulled out the valvetrain and readjusted EVERY rocker 3/4 turn past lash.

That did the trick!!

Tick could be anything... even an exhaust leak. I know my #1 Hooker LT primary is loose, leaking, and ticking like crazy. Gotta seal that up.

My one-way valves on my Air Pump fittings, where they tied into my headers, make tons of noise.
