Engine Flooded Out!

This morning I went and started my car, It was barely running and every time I tried to give it the gas it would try and die. It sounded like an old carbed car with a choke. The car eventually dies out on me. I try to start it and it just turns over. Every once and a while it would kick over and die instantly. I checked some plugs and they were soaked in gas. I replaced some of them and got it started to get in the garage but it barely ran. I still have some old fouled plugs in it but my question is, What is causing this. Maybe bad Computer programming. It has been doing this for a while but if you let it warm up a little it will drive fine. It only does this when it is cold. What could be the problem, I am very confident when I replace the plugs it will run fine.

Most ignition components are stock, with 108,000 on them. What parts are u thinking... Opti has been replaced and then stock put back on, long story but this was very recent so I know the opti is fine. Maybe coil and stuff, The plugs were brand new iriduim's and the wires have maybe 500 miles on them.
