Engine damage.. low oil pressure, blown head gasket, some knocking

well im fairly sure its a blown head gasket since there is coolant in the oil.

So it started to heat up down the highway so thats when i new what my problem was.. car not making power, bad idle etc.. got progressively worse.. oil pressure dropped to about 15-10psi.. I was on the way to my friends garage to have him look at it and trouble shoot. So I was about 10 minutes away when temps started rising, and about 3 minutes away when oil psi went to 10. At 10psi i dont think any oil was getting to the roller rockers... anyways a couple streets down from his house i could hear the car start knocking.... I pulled in and shut the car off...

How much damage do u think i did? Had brown oil when i first suspected something was wrong but changed teh oil and filter immediately... Car then ran somewhat fine, just idle was not good sometimes.. I did not think it was taht serious.. So i put the car on the dynometer for tuning but it was all messed up... low power, weird early torque curve etc.. Made 2 1/2 runs and 2 full runs up to 6000.... Car started fine wasnt knocking on the dynometer.. Knock sensor pulled timing 1 of the runs... After these runs is when i decided i needed to take it to my friends garage for close inspection..

I know coolant can spin a bearing...
So bearing damage due to coolant
Piston damage from knock
No oil up in the valve train..
So i'd really like to get an idea of how much damage i could have done and my best course of action.

I'll check the oil and see if i have shavings... if i dont have shavings then the bearings cant be that badly damaged right?? Or can they still be really damaged?

Bearings are Clevitt 77 Race bearings
Pistons are light weight Forged aluminum with plasma moly rings
Crank is regular eagle
Rods are forged I beam eagles.

All have 700 miles on them

When you did all the work to the engine did you reuse the old heads? If so were they checked for flatness? Once you have water in the oil you should remove the main and rod caps to view the journals. BTW, the url in your signature doesn't work.

yes i reused the old heads but had 2 machine shops check them out.

This problem is really really weird.... really weird... got a MAF inop ses light for 5 seconds... got little low coolant in the resevoir, got an engine that was over heating, got funky looking oil, low pressure when it got hot, started knocking, car wants to stall at idle but runs fine when cold.... car was running rich and is now running lean (wide band 02)... ****s all crazy... i'll figure it out...
