Engine Block Identification, Help Needed!!!

I recently purchased a bare LT1 block and would like to know what year the block is and what car it came out of. I have searched this topic and found a picture someone posted but still can't quite figure out what I need to know, can someone shed some light on this situation?? The numbers on the block are as follows.

Pad, on right front of block: V0327XPN

Near oil filter: 162196337

The 6 in your number by the oil filter is probably an S. That would mean it is a 1995 if out of an f-body. I don't know if the B any Y body cars had the exact same breakdown on that, but suspect they do. The first digit (1) means Chevrolet.

Why does it matter where it came from? There was one LT1 block, only difference you will find is the Vette and warrany motors had 4-bolt mains put in the SAME CASTING, even the LT4 is the same block again machined for 4 bolt mains.
