engine assembly lube=cam lube?

engine assembly lube=cam lube?

Quick question, im putting my cam in the car today and I know I need to coat it with cam lube.. I went to pick some up and they gave me engine assembly lube.. Is engine assembly lube the same thing as cam lube? Thanks yall.

Roller cam? Engine oil is all you need. you dont want to skid the rollers on the cam with some thick assy lube. Also none of the flat tappet cam break in crap.
