So, i might be getting a camaro and its had all the emissions removed from it. Not good, it has longtube headers without air tubes.. everything. so my question is, will it be hard to make it pass emissions? is reinstalling everything to make it pass tough? it is a 95 so its gonna have to pass the sniffer.

first thing would be try to trade the headers for some with AIR tubes? or is it easy to install the tubes on to headers that dont have it? or will that just ruin the coating?

the biggest thing is it has a 396. im tryin to get the info on the cam and every other component. cause even with emissions it might not be able to pass. but if all that checks out i just wanna know how hard it is just to get the emissions back onto the car.
