Electrical problem opti, icm, ecm?

Trying to figure out if my opti, icm, or ecm is the reason my car wont start. Turns over just wont start. I'm not getting spark, but getting fuel. Should I pull off the icm first and have it tested? Not really sure where to start that is least invasive before I just randomly start pulling things. Have just narrowed it down to those things. Any suggestions, btw its a 95 Trans am

It sounds like it could be the icm. Where did you check for spark at? Plug, plug wire, coil, opti?
If you don't have any spark anywhere, i would try the icm first. I have a 96 , i'm pretty sure the icm's are the same, and i took mine off and took it to Autozone. Well, they didn't have the right connector to test my icm. But, i was able to talk the guy into letting me buy it, and if it didn't work to return it. They cost about $65.
So, you might try this. Good luck.
