You obviously got a bum pump. I had a issue with a loose slip fit connection with my meziere in the beginning, but once I took it apart and soldered the input wires in place, not a problem since 2+ years and 35k miles later.

I've had my CSI in for the last year and 3-4K miles and never had a problem with the pump itself. I did accidently break the fuse holder once while working on the motor and didnt notice it, took the car out and the temp shot up to the red pretty quick. Shut it down and replaced the fuse and all was fine. Other than that incident I never had any problems with it, it cools just as well if not better than the stock wp.

My CSI has been running strong for 6 months now. No problems yet. I did receive a bad pump the first time though, but they got me a new one pretty quick.

People can trash talk the CSI wp all they want but what really matters is that my pump has opporated absolutely flawless since I installed it over 10k miles ago. Sometime this summer I will probably purchase a new one just to have a spare around because just like the mechanical pumps, it will die eventually... only difference is I can replace my pump in under 20 minutes with the only tool necessary being a single small wrench.

I assume you checked the fuses? How do you have it wired. I have mine wired through a relay. If your sure there is power to the pump with the key on, try wiggiling the wire where it goes into the pump and see if it comes on.
