Ok interesting problem here. Just finished rebuilding my motor. Started car up to find, my fans don't work when the car is running. Here is the scoop.

I can force the PCM to turn them on by shorting the ALDL port into diagnostic mode. When doing this w/ ignition on motor not running, fans run. As soon as car starts fans shut off and computer will NEVER turn them back on w/ motor running.

Right now I have the relays shorted out so they are ALWAYS on even w/ car completely off, which is annoying nonetheless. Does anybody know how I can fix my problem? Aside from this my rebuild is AWESOME!
