electric cutout?

electric cutout?

how much does it cost to get one electric cutout installed? where do i go to get this installed at and i have checked out local muffler shops no of them knew how or wants to bother with the electric work. thanks!

i am not looking for a specfic place i meant who i need to go to for the wiring installation? (muffler shop? mechanic?)

Do it yourself. It's one wire, and one switch. Takes 5 minutes.

I would say you should take it to a performance shop that deals with f-bodies. They should know how to install it. I don't think a muffler shop will know what they are doing when it comes to wiring it up.

I would do it myself, but the only thing I am worried about is getting a wire to close to something and it getting hot and melting or getting caught in something its not suppose to be in! Thanks!!

Where are you gonna get the cutout put in at? If you do it before the rear axle, just stick the wire through the drain plug right by it
