Does anyone know for a fact if the two wire connection for the EGR is always supplied with 12 volts when the ignition is on. Here is why I ask. I no longer have an egr valve. One of the wires has 12 volts on it when the ignition is ON. If the voltage is continous I want to use it for my elec water pump relay. Just to fire the coil of the relay. Anybody know if that 12 volts stays or does it go on and off periodically?
