I am removing everthing possible on my 95 lt1 motor can I eliminate the the hole egr system and just make plug off plates - and will it run properly

Your emissions may be effected, there may be a possiblility for knock retard and a stumble in the lower rpms, and an SES light may result. Other then that, there is no real detrimental effects on drivability by removing it.

 

If you do it, just have the computer tuned and any side-effects should not be seen.
