Egr Hard?

Egr Hard?

When installing the the hooker lt's, i needed to block off the egr is this hard to do i know ive seen the diamond looking piece i need to make, to do this in a 97Z do i need to take off the intake manifold or is it possible to do without taking it off because if so im just screwd on this deal then!

Its very easy. You can just reach back there, and loosen the two nuts and take the tube off. On mine, I just cut it short, pinched it together, and welded it. Others use an aluminum can, cut it to the same shape, and put it in between the plate and the gasket.

Come on? You waited a whole 25 minutes to bring this back up to the top. With a little initiative you could have figured it out on your own by that time. Did you try a search?

I had my budie make me one at work and he made me a little cork like gasket too in change i bought him a 1 dollar big and tasty. the finished product was buitifull he could beat any price ill ask him to make up about 200
