For the life of me, I haven't been able to get that flange to stop leaking! It's where the gold/brass EGR pipe connects from the intake manifold to the pass. side header.

Did you guys have problems with yours leaking? If so, did you guys use a gasket, or rtv, or any sort? What did you do to get it to stop leaking?

I put on a blockoff plate, but it only seals towards one end of the plate since there is only one nut - the other end slightly floats off the top of the flange and causes a leak. With the gold/brass EGR pipe in place, it still leaks.
