OK so I blocked off the EGR tube that runs from the PS exhaust to the Intake Manifold and capped the vacuum line from the I.M to the EGR (until I can gut the whole system) No SES but my idle is very rough. Is that supposed to happen? Or does the fact that I just installed new headers have anything to do with it? It's not a lope or irregular idle, just rough (hella vibration inside the car) any tips, tricks, or suggestions.

 

check your wires closely....sounds like you might have burnt one and its arcing to the header.
