EGR block off plates... PITA to get to the tube/header connection!

Well I was about to install the EGR delete crap today, and I knew I could get the two plates on the intake, but decided to look at the manifold connection first. I can't even SEE the friggin thing

I'd like to kick someone in the forehead that designed the LT1

Been reading up, and found out I can still delete the system if I just sandwich the one plate between the corrugated tube and the intake, and take out the valve and put the plate that goes there in place, and plug the intake vacuum nipple.

Also found out I have the intake oil leak Screw it... I'll just save for a new friggin engine.

Dude, intake manifold gasket is not very tough to do, and it will be easier to install your block off plates while it is out.

Yeah I know... just not enough time in the day.

I'm in a better mood since the Steelers won

I'll probably get to it in the next few weeks.
